ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Expressing solidarity with the people of Afghanistan, Pakistan on Thursday strongly condemned the fresh terrorist attack in the Afghan Capital.

Earlier in the day, the suicide blasts targeted an Afghan National Police convoy in western Kabul which left at least 30 people dead and 50 others injured.

   

In a statement, the Foreign Office said that the government and the people of Pakistan stand with their Afghan brethren in their hour of grief, and extend their heartfelt condolences over the loss of innocent lives.

Pakistan, while reiterating its strong condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, said “our hearts go out to the bereaved families and we wish speedy recovery for the injured.”
