LHC orders removal of containers from roads in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench on Wednesday directed the city administration to remove containers from all roads of the city to ensure free movement of citizen.

   

In an order on a petition filed by the President High Court Bar Association, Justice Tariq Abbasi also directed the administration to submit report after removal of containers in the court.

Justice Abbasi said that free movement is fundamental right of the citizen which could not be denied.
