IndiaFO spokesman says Pakistan conveys its concern to India over LoC violations

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office spokesman Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry said Pakistan has conveyed its concern to India over cease-fire agreement violations on the Line of Control (LoC).

Aizaz Ahmed said the unprovoked Indian firing on LoC and incidents like attack on PIA offices in New Delhi will further deteriorate the situation.

   

The spokesman said Directors General Military operations (DGMO) of the two countries are in contact and local commanders also held flag meetings on the issue.

To a question‚ he said cease-fire violations from Indian side and Kashmir issue will also be discussed during UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon’s visit to Pakistan.

Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry said Indian politicians and media should stop negative and baseless propaganda against Pakistan.
