ISLAMABAD: All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) would move to the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) against his head former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf’s arrest orders, a senior leader of the APML said on Thursday.

The court has given this order just to please anti-Musharraf lawyers, Malik said while reacting to Islamabad High Court’s orders to arrest Musharraf in judges’ detention case.

The APML senior leader said that Musharraf is not leaving the country, adding detailed court proceedings should have been held before arresting the ex-military ruler.

Malik also reminded that the apex court had earlier rejected an application to arrest Musharraf, adding his party leader is being victimized.
